Terms for using RoleRasta

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing an access pass, or using RoleRasta, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

2. What RoleRasta provides

RoleRasta collects job information from employer career pages and supported applicant tracking systems, evaluates published location and eligibility signals, and provides discovery, matching, saving, and application-tracking tools.

RoleRasta is not an employer, recruitment agency, immigration adviser, or representative of the companies shown. Applications are completed through the employer or its applicant tracking system.

3. Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and use the account only for yourself.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Do not create duplicate or misleading accounts to evade limits or enforcement.

4. Access passes and payment

RoleRasta access passes are one-time purchases for the duration shown at checkout. They do not renew automatically. Access begins only when the applicable purchase or temporary activation is recorded successfully.

Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees unless stated otherwise. A payment provider may process the transaction and apply its own security checks. You authorise the applicable charge when you confirm a purchase.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and any non-waivable rights under applicable law.

5. Job, salary, and eligibility information

Job availability, salary, location, eligibility, and employer information can change without notice. Salary information is shown only when RoleRasta identifies an explicit employer-published amount. RoleRasta does not guarantee that any listing is complete, current, or error-free.

Eligibility labels are evidence-based signals, not legal advice or a hiring guarantee. You must verify employment, location, tax, immigration, and work-authorisation requirements with the employer.

6. Matching and AI-assisted features

Matches, profile extraction, skill gaps, and explanations may use automated or AI-assisted processing. Outputs are informational and may contain errors. You remain responsible for reviewing your profile, applications, and career decisions.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use RoleRasta unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person.
• Scrape, copy, resell, republish, or commercially exploit the catalogue or eligibility data without written permission.
• Probe security, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or introduce malicious code.
• Use automated systems to create accounts, overload the service, or extract protected information.
• Misrepresent your identity, experience, application status, or relationship with an employer.

8. Intellectual property

RoleRasta and its original software, design, eligibility methodology, product copy, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Employers retain rights in their names, logos, and job content. Limited excerpts are displayed for job-discovery and informational purposes.

9. Third-party services

RoleRasta links to employer websites and third-party services. We do not control their availability, content, security, hiring process, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, abusive behaviour, or threats to the service. You may stop using RoleRasta at any time and may request account deletion subject to legal retention requirements.

11. Availability and disclaimers

RoleRasta is provided on an available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a minimum number of jobs, interviews, offers, salary outcomes, or employment. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RoleRasta will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from the service, employer actions, third-party sites, or reliance on automated outputs. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid pass will not exceed the amount you paid for that pass. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute in good faith. Subject to applicable consumer rights, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@rolerasta.com. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
