RoleRasta eligibility method
How remote jobs are checked for applicants in Pakistan
“Remote” does not automatically mean “open worldwide.” RoleRasta reviews the employer’s own location and hiring language before a job appears in the Pakistan-eligible catalogue.
1. Find the original job
RoleRasta monitors official employer career pages and supported applicant tracking systems. The original employer listing remains the source of truth.
2. Confirm that the work is remote
A role must be described as remote. Office-only and hybrid roles are not treated as international remote opportunities.
3. Read the geography rules
The platform evaluates named countries, worldwide or global language, region limits, timezone expectations, residency requirements, and explicit exclusions.
4. Review work-authorisation signals
Employer-of-record coverage, contractor language, payroll limitations, visa statements, and recent employer hiring evidence can affect the result.
5. Keep the catalogue current
Employer sources are checked repeatedly. Roles can leave the live catalogue when they expire, disappear, or no longer satisfy the publication rules.
What an eligibility result means
A published role has evidence suggesting that an applicant based in Pakistan can apply. It does not promise an interview, employment, payroll availability, visa sponsorship, or final approval from the employer.
What candidates should still confirm
Before applying, check the employer’s current listing for location, working hours, employment type, compensation, equipment, tax responsibility, and any right-to-work requirement. Employer terms can change after RoleRasta last reviewed the posting.
Salary information
RoleRasta displays compensation only when it is published by the employer. If a role does not contain a reliable salary range, the platform leaves it undisclosed rather than presenting an estimate as fact.
