Today, nearly 200 people around the globe work on the employer in a 100% distributed setting – the employer has no office. These include frontend and backend engineers, AI research scientists, and others from Amazon, Microsoft, and Google, leading PhD programs like Stanford, high growth startups like Stripe, Vercel, Bolt, and many founders of their own companies. Overview Our Android app is the most used text-to-speech app in the Play Store, and the user base has grown faster than the way we build for it. We're looking for a Team Lead to own core product work and to raise how the team works around it. This is a hands-on role, and we want to be clear about the split.
