Job description

Key Responsibilities • Lead and oversee day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations . • Review and control accounting records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updating. • Manage marketplace payout and settlement reconciliations across various e-commerce platforms. • Verify payments, deductions, fees, refunds, chargebacks, and other marketplace transactions. • Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and business expenses . • Review and maintain accurate accounting data within the company’s ERP/accounting systems . • Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial reports . • Prepare, analyze, and review Profit & Loss statements and other management reports. • Identify financial discrepancies, investigate variances, and ensure timely resolution. • Establish and maintain effective financial controls, reconciliation procedures, and accounting processes . • Coordinate directly with the company’s US-based CPA on accounting, reporting, taxation, and compliance matters. • Support the preparation and organization of financial information required for US tax filings and regulatory requirements . • Provide accurate and timely financial insights to management to support business decisions. • Lead, supervise, and review the work of the accounting/finance team. • Allocate responsibilities, monitor team performance, and ensure accounting tasks and…
