About This Role We're hiring a Senior Brand Designer to own how the employer shows up in the world — from first impression to everyday use of the product. Financial planning is emotional, high-stakes, and historically cold. Your job is to build a brand that makes it feel human, leaving people confident, informed, and empowered to make great financial decisions. You'll own the evolution and vision of the employer's visual expression across every touchpoint, from marketing to product, from social to motion, while working directly with founders and leadership to shape where the brand goes next. This role is for a designer who builds systems, not just assets. You'll create the workflows, templates, and AI-driven pipelines that keep every generated asset unmistakably the employer — so the whole company can move fast without the brand fracturing. You'll also raise the bar for craft and brand story in everything we ship.
