Job Summary We’re looking for an experienced Video Editor with a strong understanding of short-form social media content, organic virality, audience retention, and performance-driven editing. This isn't simply a role for someone who can make videos look polished. We're looking for an editor who understands why content performs. You’ll create and optimize high-impact videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, paid advertising, websites, and other digital channels. You should understand how hooks, pacing, storytelling, music, motion graphics, and editing choices influence watch time, retention, clicks, and engagement. You'll also use performance data to continuously improve your work and collaborate closely with other editors, designers, and account managers. The expected production volume is approximately 5–10 videos per day, so the ability to work quickly without compromising quality is essential. Key…
