We’re looking for a Reddit Community & Growth Manager to take the employer’s Reddit presence from 0 to 100. This is not a role where you simply moderate a subreddit, schedule posts, and respond to comments. We want someone who can build a growth channel from scratch. You’ll own Reddit end-to-end: our subreddit, our presence across relevant communities, content, experiments, community programs, organic distribution, user acquisition, and the feedback loop between Reddit and our product team. Your goal is simple: make the employer impossible to ignore on Reddit.
