About This Role We're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to own paid user acquisition end to end. You'll own the paid budget, the channel mix, and the number. Today, that means search and paid social do the heavy lifting; from there, you'll decide where we expand next—CTV, podcast, and paid sponsorships, or somewhere we haven't tried yet. You'll make that call based on what the data says, not what's fashionable. This is a hands-on role with real scope. You'll be in the accounts, writing copy, setting up landing page tests, reporting out on the numbers, and hitting our CAC targets.
