Program Overview: Our partner is rolling out a new tool for planning and optimizing retail promotions across multiple global markets. the employer is building and delivering the training program that teaches teams how to use it. Target audience: Employees involved in planning promotions — reviewing past promotions, building new ones, and (in more advanced markets) using analytics to optimize them. Audience experience level varies by market, from complete beginners to more advanced users. Primary objective: Lead training sessions that walk learners through a realistic, hands-on promotional planning scenario, teaching the tool through the actual workflow rather than as a list of features.
