We work at the intersection of protocol development, Web3 infrastructure and ecosystem building. We’re looking for a Head of Business Development to own and drive business development across the employer, while leading a team of two. This isn't a traditional sales role. We're looking for someone who is deeply embedded in the Web3 infrastructure ecosystem, with a strong understanding of how decentralised networks operate and experience working with/launching privacy-focused protocols. Crucially, you'll have been through a mainnet launch and understand what it takes to build the partnerships, ecosystem and infrastructure relationships required both in the lead-up to launch and as the network scales post-mainnet.
