Google Ads Senior Account Manager – PPC Leadership | Remote Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Reports To: Chief Operating Officer Team: Leads a pod of up to 7 Google Ads Account Managers Compensation: $85,000 Base Salary | $120,000 OTE About the Role At the employer, one of our clients is hiring a Google Ads Senior Account Manager to lead a team of Google Ads Account Managers while personally managing a reduced portfolio of high-value PPC clients. This is a player-coach role . You’ll remain hands-on with Google Ads while coaching your team, reviewing campaign quality, managing escalations, improving processes, and driving client retention. Your goal: deliver excellent PPC performance, develop stronger Account Managers, and keep great clients longer.
