Position Type: Full-Time | Remote Working Hours: Remote / Time Zone Flexible About the Role We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to build and maintain the technical systems. You’ll combine full-stack development, automation, APIs, data integrations and GTM tooling to improve how the company captures, enriches, segments and engages leads. This role is ideal for a strong technical problem-solver who can work independently, understand business goals, and turn them into reliable systems and automations. Key Responsibilities GTM Infrastructure • Build and maintain systems for lead capture, enrichment, outbound activity, and reporting. • Develop internal tools and technical solutions that support sales and marketing workflows. • Improve the reliability and scalability of GTM infrastructure. Full-Stack Development • Write clean, production-ready front-end and back-end code. • Build internal tools, workflow applications, and customer-facing integrations. • Develop solutions based on evolving business and GTM requirements. Automation & Workflow Engineering • Identify repetitive or manual GTM processes and automate them. • Build workflows that improve outreach, segmentation, reporting, and operational efficiency. • Use custom code alongside no-code and low-code tools when appropriate.
