Facebook Ads Specialist Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S Business Hours About the Role We’re looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist to take ownership of Facebook advertising campaigns from strategy and setup through ongoing optimization. You’ll manage campaign performance, audiences, budgets, testing, and reporting while working closely with the marketing team to improve results. What You’ll Own Campaign Planning & Strategy • Design and build Facebook ad campaigns from the ground up. • Align targeting, creative direction, and budget allocation with business objectives. Ad Execution & Management • Set up, launch, and actively manage Facebook campaigns. • Monitor delivery, pacing, and performance on an ongoing basis. Audience Development • Research, build, and refine audience segments. • Use custom audiences, lookalikes, and interest-based targeting to improve reach and relevance. Performance Analysis & Reporting • Track key metrics across active campaigns. • Analyze campaign data and identify trends. • Turn findings into clear recommendations for improving performance. Creative Collaboration • Work with the marketing team to brief, review, and iterate on ad creatives and copy. • Ensure assets are optimized for their placement and campaign objective.
