Be a crucial member of the ops team supporting the employer' vendors in the US (Permanent WFH) the employer is an NYC-based custom apparel company, experiencing 60% growth Y/Y. You’ll join a team driving the growth of our $40 million business by retaining high-value accounts at scale. We’re looking for a dynamic, driven, organized, and experienced professional who wants to tackle major challenges. We work with over 25+ printers across the United States. You'll help them service our orders and manage the quality of their work. You need to be able to engage them and build a strong rapport. You'll dig into their business requirements and ours to make sure we hit them. When they have an issue with an order, you're the first point of contact and you'll work with other FP teams to get to a solution. You’ll grow as the employer grows. You’ll get all the time and support you need to learn a lot, develop professionally, and have a significant impact.
