THE MISSION AND THE HARD PART We're looking for a detail-oriented, self-driven Compliance & Corporate Paralegal to bring our state regulatory compliance and corporate entity management functions in-house. The role will focus on keeping the employer in good standing across all jurisdictions, managing our regulatory licensing footprint, and supporting core corporate governance. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating independently across a large number of state and regulatory deadlines, thrives on process and organization, is comfortable drafting policies and procedures, and is eager to build scalable systems rather than just process filings.
