AIA Billing Specialist (Commercial Construction | AIA Billing, Contracts & Bonding) – Remote AIA Billing | G702/G703 | Schedule of Values (SOV) | Construction Contracts | Buildertrend Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours About the Role At the employer, we’re hiring on behalf of one of our clients for an AIA Billing Specialist to manage contracts, AIA billing, construction bonding, and project documentation for a growing commercial construction company. This is a specialized construction operations role—not a general administrative position. You’ll be responsible for: • AIA billing (G702/G703) • Schedule of Values (SOV) management • Construction contracts • Bonding coordination • Project documentation • Billing compliance We’re looking for someone who has supported U.S.-based commercial construction projects remotely and has hands-on experience managing payment applications, retainage, contract administration, and bonding requirements.
